The term “Misogynoir” was coined in 2008 by Black feminist scholar Moya Bailey to describe the unique forms of misogyny and racialised oppression of Black women. The Misogynoir Online Project exists to index instances of misogynoir experienced by Black women on a day-to-day basis on social networking sites. Please share your experience below.
